Since childhood, Dr. Sharma had to face difficulties and challenges due to health problems of his parents, as a result, in his adolescence, Dr. Sharma fulfilled his vow of forming an organization and established "God Gift Health Line".

Today, this organization is active in human welfare with the cooperation of everyone and is ready to help and serve the elderly, helpless and poor brothers and sisters as much as possible. This work of human service and welfare, which was started from his native village, is spreading in a metropolis like Delhi. In an industrial city like Delhi, a vast area is suffering from health and education related problems, hence all the members of the organization "God Gift Health Line" remain ready to serve with full devotion and dedication.

'डॉ॰ सी. एस. शर्मा के अथक प्रयासों व अटूट विश्वास के फलस्वरूप "God Gift Health Care Trust" की स्थापना हुई । इस संस्था को स्थापित करने का एक मात्र उद्देश्य जन कल्याण है तथा देश के जन-जन की स्वास्थ्य सम्बंधित समस्याओं से निजात दिलाने में सहायता करना है।

बाल्यकाल से ही डॉ॰ शर्मा ने माता-पिता की स्वास्थ्य समस्याओं के दौरान आने वाली कठिनाइयों व चुनौतियों का सामना करना पड़ा जिसके फलस्वरूप किशोरावस्था में ही डॉ॰ शर्मा ने एक संगठन बनाने का प्रण को पूर्ण करते हुए "God Gift Health line" की स्थापना की।

यह संस्था सभी के सहयोग से मानव कल्याण में आज त्वरित है तथा वृद्ध, असहाय, निर्धन भाइयों- बहनों का यथासंभव सहयोग , सेवा में तत्पर हैं। अपने पैतृक गाँव से आरम्भ किया गया यह मानव सेवा व कल्याण का कार्य दिल्ली जैसे महानगर में प्रसारित है। दिल्ली जैसे औद्योगिक शहर मे बड़ी मात्रा में स्वास्थ्य व शिक्षा सम्बंधित समस्याओं का विशाल क्षेत्र ग्रसित है अतएव "God Gift Health line" संस्था के सभी सदस्य पूरी निष्ठा व लगन के साथ सेवा में तत्पर रहते हैं।
